Terms of Service

By creating an account, requesting an API key, or using any service in the 1intent family (the “Service”), you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. Some products may carry their own additional terms that do not conflict with these terms.

1intent Co., Ltd. develops and operates several digital tools for Thai businesses — such as Daily (document management and approvals) and 1intentAI (an AI/OCR gateway) — always leaving you as the final decision-maker on anything binding. We may improve or discontinue certain features, and will give reasonable advance notice of changes that affect anything material.

• You are responsible for the security of your account/API key and for activity that occurs under your account.
• Information provided at signup must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or API key.

Some services offer a free plan within a set quota, which may change. API-level services (such as 1intentAI) are billed on a subscription and/or usage basis — refund terms, billing cycles, and VAT are still being finalized alongside the review by legal counsel.

• You may not use the Service for anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to process data you have no right to process.
• You may not attempt to breach, disrupt, or damage the Service, or circumvent usage limits/quotas.
• AI/OCR output is a decision-support tool, not a final determination — have a human verify it before relying on it for anything legally binding.

You own the documents and data you submit. You grant us the right to process it to the extent necessary to provide the Service. Personal data protection follows our Privacy Policy.

The Service, software, and trademarks are the property of 1intent Co., Ltd. These terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property rights to you, beyond the usage rights stated here.

The Service is provided “as is.” We make every reasonable effort toward accuracy and availability, but do not guarantee the Service will be error-free or available at all times, except as specifically required by law.

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or there is a security risk. You may cancel your account at any time. Data deletion follows our privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Thai law. We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes — continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms. A dedicated legal contact channel is being set up. In the meantime, general inquiries can be sent to sales@1intent.co.
